Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum three years culinary management experience
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety principles
- Experience managing inventory, purchasing and cost controls
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sustainability and quality food production
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Minimum three years culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining or restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation
- Experience with exposition cooking
