Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum three years culinary management experience
  • Knowledge of HACCP food safety principles
  • Experience managing inventory, purchasing and cost controls
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for sustainability and quality food production

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Minimum three years culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining or restaurant
  • Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience
  • ServSafe certified is a plus

Job Duties

  • Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience
  • Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory management
  • Focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products
  • Possess a passion for sustainability
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP and sanitation standards
  • Lead culinary team to deliver high-quality food production and presentation
