Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum three years culinary management experience
  • Proficiency in HACCP standards
  • Strong skills in inventory and purchasing management
  • Ability to manage P&L responsibilities
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for sustainability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Three years culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant
  • Experience in inventory and purchasing control
  • Knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality and sustainability
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Understanding of P&L accountability in foodservice
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage culinary and food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop menus with a focus on local food products and sustainability
  • Implement cost control measures and manage purchasing
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and HACCP standards
  • Oversee food presentation and quality standards
  • Utilize knowledge of food trends to enhance dining experiences
  • Maintain P&L accountability and support contract-managed service operations
