Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum three years culinary management experience
- Proficiency in HACCP standards
- Strong skills in inventory and purchasing management
- Ability to manage P&L responsibilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Passion for sustainability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Three years culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant
- Experience in inventory and purchasing control
- Knowledge of food and catering trends focusing on quality and sustainability
- Experience with exposition cooking
- Understanding of P&L accountability in foodservice
- ServSafe certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Manage culinary and food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Develop menus with a focus on local food products and sustainability
- Implement cost control measures and manage purchasing
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and HACCP standards
- Oversee food presentation and quality standards
- Utilize knowledge of food trends to enhance dining experiences
- Maintain P&L accountability and support contract-managed service operations
