Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Chef Manager takes charge of training and managing kitchen personnel and coordinating all culinary activities within the establishment. This attention to detail guarantees not only the safety of the kitchen team but also the highest health standards for guests. Beyond daily kitchen operations, the Chef Manager oversees special catering events, showcasing leadership and culinary skills. - Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise or coordinate all related culinary activities
- estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
- select and develop recipes as well as standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality

- ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance and ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen
