The Chef Manager position at Sodexo Campus Services requires a skilled, career-oriented individual to oversee all culinary operations at Lynn University’s campus dining locations. The role involves managing food production, ensuring compliance with Sodexo Culinary Standards, including recipe adherence and food quality, and controlling food costs effectively. The manager is responsible for menu development, inventory management, and upholding high standards of customer service and food quality. This position demands excellent leadership and communication skills, a passion for innovative culinary trends, and experience working in high-volume food service environments. Knowledge of special diets, allergens, and familiarity with Sodexo’s Food Management System (FMS) is preferred.
