- ability to work late evenings and weekends

- ability to train and develop staff
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Qualifications

- experience in high-volume food service
- knowledge of special diets and allergens
- familiarity with sodexo food management system preferred
Job Duties
- manage the daily food production including production planning and controls
- ensure sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality
- manage food costing, controls and compliance
- develop menus and manage inventory
- have high expectations for customer service and quality of food
- develop and train frontline employees
- manage late evening and weekend residential dining operations
