Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience
  • Previous experience in culinary management preferred
  • Ability to lead and train a diverse production team
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee and train production staff to ensure consistent food quality and safety
  • Support the General Manager in daily operations of Food and Nutrition Services
  • Assist in developing and implementing new retail and catering concepts to boost sales
  • Maintain compliance with Sodexo standards and healthcare regulations
  • Plan menus and develop culinary concepts that meet patient and customer needs
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain cost control
  • Ensure all food preparation and service areas meet health and safety standards
