Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year management experience
- Previous experience in culinary management preferred
- Ability to lead and train a diverse production team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required

Job Duties
- Oversee and train production staff to ensure consistent food quality and safety
- Support the General Manager in daily operations of Food and Nutrition Services
- Assist in developing and implementing new retail and catering concepts to boost sales
- Maintain compliance with Sodexo standards and healthcare regulations
- Plan menus and develop culinary concepts that meet patient and customer needs
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain cost control
- Ensure all food preparation and service areas meet health and safety standards
