This dedication makes Aramark not just a service provider, but a community partner and a leading employer in the food and facilities management industry.
The Chef Manager role at Aramark is pivotal to ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and customer service. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Chef Manager will take a hands-on leadership approach, overseeing the kitchen team and culinary operations to maintain the highest standards in all areas. This role requires not only culinary expertise but also strong leadership, effective team development, and strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols. In addition to managing daily culinary operations, the Chef Manager will be responsible for budgeting, including estimating food consumption and requisitioning materials wisely to meet financial goals. The role involves developing and standardizing recipes to ensure consistent quality and presentation, as well as planning and pricing menus that align with customer preferences and company standards. The Chef Manager also ensures proper operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment, oversees special catering events, and occasionally provides culinary instruction to enhance the team's skills.
Aramark is looking for a Chef Manager who shares their passion for excellence and commitment to growth. This is a great opportunity for culinary professionals who wish to advance their careers in a supportive and inspiring company. The role demands a person with advanced knowledge of culinary principles, strong management skills, and excellent communication abilities. Aramark fosters a culture where employees are encouraged to develop new skills and take on challenges that contribute to both their personal growth and the company’s success. As a result, the Chef Manager position is designed not only to meet operational needs but also to support long-term career development within a global organization that values innovation and dedication.
