Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years cooking experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a Chef in a restaurant setting
- Previous Health Care Food Service experience preferred
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited secondary (voc tech) culinary program or postsecondary culinary training
- ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire kitchen and dining staff in daily operations
- Create flavorful, nutritious, and visually appealing menus
- Ensure high standards for food quality, presentation, sanitation, and safety
- Manage inventory, food costs, scheduling, and kitchen operations
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance the resident and guest dining experience
- Foster a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture
- Perform other duties required
