Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certificate
- formal culinary training through degree or certificate program
- must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- ability to work flexible schedule as needs require
- demonstrated successful use of technology in the workplace including MS Office and POS
- minimum two years comparable kitchen managerial experience
- minimum five years experience in volume cooking
- consistent and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Oversee food service compliance while scheduling and coordinating kitchen staff operations
- ensure recipe consistency and adherence to company standards while planning special event menus
- drive resident and guest satisfaction through clear communication and outstanding dining service
- manage food ordering and equipment inventory to control costs and minimize waste
- train employees in safety protocols, food handling, and kitchen cleanliness
- collaborate with community leadership, regional teams, and corporate support to align goals
- lead staffing efforts including interviewing, hiring, performance management, coaching, training, and task delegation
