Job Duties
- Menu planning and execution
- oversee food preparation and presentation
- monitor wastage and portion control
- recruit, train, and supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff
- provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- monitor and manage stock levels and ordering
- interact with customers to understand and meet catering needs
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- develop and manage kitchen budgets
- report on financial performance and implement cost savings
- stay updated on culinary trends and innovate menus
- maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
