- at least one year of kitchen experience focused on cooking from scratch
- strong communication skills
- leadership ability
- ability to manage schedules effectively
- willingness to work full-time onsite
- food safety knowledge
- prior management experience preferred
- ServSafe and/or HACCP certification preferred
