Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of three years culinary management experience
  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Ability to manage inventory and purchasing
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Passion for sustainability and local food sourcing
  • ServSafe certification is preferred
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the role with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant setting
  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience
  • ServSafe certification is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage the culinary and food service operations including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Develop menus focusing on local food sourcing and sustainability
  • Implement cost controls and purchasing strategies
  • Maintain knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP
  • Oversee sanitation, food quality, and presentation
  • Manage P&L accountability for contract-managed services
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff ensuring operational excellence
