Job Requirements

  • At least one year of prior experience leading in a kitchen focused on cooking from scratch
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and schedules of others
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • ServSafe and/or HACCP certification

Job Duties

  • Ensuring customer service needs are met at the highest standards
  • Being the main culinarian in a busy retail environment
  • Purchasing food
  • Handling staff safety trainings
  • Being in charge of unit administrative tasks
  • Assisting in the designing of menus
  • Helping to hire and train new staff and attending training sessions and meetings when required
