The company's benefits package varies based on location and employee eligibility but is designed to support overall employee well-being and career longevity.

The duties of the Chef Manager extend beyond cooking. This role involves training and coordinating all culinary activities, estimating food needs, purchasing ingredients, developing recipes, standardizing production to guarantee consistent quality, and planning menu pricing and presentation standards. Additionally, the Chef Manager will manage equipment operations and maintenance, oversee special catering events, and may provide culinary instruction and demonstrations. This role demands flexibility as duties may evolve to meet the business’s needs. Aramark encourages staff members to develop new skills continuously and contribute positively to the workplace environment and customer experience.
