Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Using the correct tools to prepare, cook and present our products
  • serving food that meets our quality and safety standards
  • maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure food quality
  • delivering quality products within company standards for speed and accuracy
  • selecting and training new chefs
  • holding other chefs accountable for their work
  • managing stock levels
  • general maintenance of equipment
  • leading new product rollouts
