This particular opportunity is with an independently owned and operated Firehouse Subs franchise. The restaurant is currently seeking a talented and dedicated Chef for a new cafe in Bluffdale, aiming to bring innovative and exceptional dining experiences to the area. The Chef role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possesses a strong passion for culinary creativity and excellence. This position emphasizes quality and consistency in meal preparation, presentation, and the development of new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and the latest culinary trends.

The Chef will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and collaboration among kitchen staff while maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization in line with food safety and sanitation regulations. Responsibilities also include inventory management, ordering supplies, controlling food costs, and working closely with the owner to deliver outstanding customer service.
