Job Duties

  • Lead execution of global and fusion menus with consistency and precision
  • Cook and oversee production of 1000+ meals per day while maintaining quality standards
  • Develop and standardize recipes with exact measurements, proportions, and scalability
  • Design meals focused on low oil, clean ingredients, and nutritional balance
  • Work closely with seasonal, farm-sourced produce to create evolving menus
  • Maintain excellence in portioning, plating, and presentation
  • Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing kitchen team
  • Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Continuously improve kitchen processes for efficiency without compromising quality
  • Contribute to healthy kids menu development (preferred)
