Healthy Tiffin is currently seeking a hands-on Global Cuisine Chef to join their team. This role is ideal for a culinary expert with experience in Michelin-level kitchens and a passion for diverse global cuisines and fusion cooking. The ideal candidate will bring precision, creativity, and leadership skills to a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This chef will be responsible for executing global and fusion menus consistently while innovating health-conscious dishes with a focus on low-oil, clean ingredients.

In this role, you will lead the production of over 1000 meals daily, overseeing every detail from recipe development and standardization to plating and presentation. Your deep understanding of batch scaling and portion control will be critical for maintaining quality and consistency at scale. Moreover, you will work closely with seasonal providers to keep the menu fresh and aligned with a farm-to-table philosophy.
