Job Requirements

  • Prior offshore or remote site experience preferred
  • Culinary management experience preferred
  • Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
  • Availability to work 28 days on, 14 days off schedule
  • Ability to pass background screening if required
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary management experience preferred
  • Prior offshore or remote site experience preferred
  • Experience supervising kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to prepare high-quality dishes
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Supervises, coordinates and participates in food preparation and cooking activities
  • Ensures compliance with all food handling, sanitation and customer service standards
  • Oversees scheduling, training, payroll and performance management of kitchen staff
  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes
  • Maintains proper food presentation, quality, portion control and temperature
  • Tracks inventory, food use, waste and orders supplies as needed
  • Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations
  • Assists in recipe and menu development
  • Performs other duties as assigned
