Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- previous industry experience in a similar role
- must be available to work different shifts as early as 4am and as late as 6pm any day of the week
- must have intermediate to excellent knife skills
- must be outgoing, approachable, and enthusiastic
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- must have proficient knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
- basic computer skills

Job Duties
- prepare high-quality ready-to-eat foods including entrees, salads, side dishes and soups
- place orders for products
- take guest orders via phone and in person
- execute recipes for self-service and full service kitchen
- provide world-class service to guests
- maintain a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment
