Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in food science, business administration, or a related field
  • minimum 10 years of experience in food service, product development, or a related field
  • at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • proven track record in food service program development at retail
  • strong negotiation skills
  • exceptional communication skills
  • high analytical and problem-solving ability
  • ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • ability to provide proof of authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in food science, business administration, or a related field
  • minimum 10 years of experience in food service, product development, or a related field
  • at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • proven track record of successful food service program development at retail
  • strong understanding of food industry trends, consumer behavior, product assortment, placement, pricing, and concept development
  • strategic thinking and ability to develop creative action plans
  • strong negotiation skills
  • exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • high level of problem-solving and analytical skills
  • understanding of profit and loss statements
  • proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Job Duties

  • lead the development and implementation of innovative food and beverage offerings
  • enhance and optimize current menu offerings for different dayparts and market needs
  • collaborate with suppliers to gain insights on evolving culinary trends
  • develop and test new food concepts across various markets
  • stay ahead of industry trends and work with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored programs
  • develop effective promotional strategies to attract customers and enhance profitability
  • manage vendor partnerships strategically to align with company objectives
