Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in fine dining line cooking
  • availability Wednesday through Sunday evenings
  • valid Food Handler Card
  • reliable transportation
  • minimum age of 18 years
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • commitment to hospitality and excellence

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of high-end line experience such as Chef de Partie, Lead Line Cook, or Sous Chef in a fine dining environment
  • deep foundational knowledge of culinary techniques, seasonal ingredients, and flavor profiles
  • valid Food Handler Card
  • positive and hospitable attitude
  • insatiable willingness to learn and teach
