Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar culinary role
  • Texas Food Handler Certificate
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds
  • Flexibility to work 40-50 hours per week including varied shifts
  • Effective communication skills
  • Commitment to professionalism and positive representation of the company

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary school or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in pizza and live-fire cooking operations
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Ability to mentor and lead junior kitchen staff
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and non-verbal
  • Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
  • Texas Food Handler Certificate

Job Duties

  • Prepare assigned dishes or components with precision and consistent quality
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization at workstations
  • Stretch hand-tossed pizzas with precision and consistency
  • Operate live-fire or wood-fire cooking methods safely
  • Monitor and track dough proofing stages for optimal quality
  • Mentor junior staff and support team productivity and innovation
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff
