The role being offered is that of a kitchen team member who will play a pivotal part in the preparation and distribution of all daily meals, including breakfast service. Another critical aspect of the role involves adherence to health and safety practices, including compliance with HACCP standards to guarantee the safety and quality of all food produced and distributed. The position includes participating in inventory undertakings according to company directives to help manage stock and reduce wastage effectively. The kitchen team member is also expected to regularly participate in training programs to maintain professional skills and enhance performance. Importantly, this role requires an active presence in the restaurant, especially around the buffet area, to ensure food is presented attractively and replenished promptly, offering guests a high-end dining experience.

Job Duties
