Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary degree
  • minimum three years of professional cooking experience
  • proven experience in high-end hotel or resort dining
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • food handler certification
  • willingness to comply with company policies and standards

  • three to five years of cooking experience in high-end hotel or resort restaurant industry
  • strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • experience in banquet operations
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support the culinary team for employee dining
  • plan, prepare, and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service
  • maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • assist with banquet operations as required
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory and supplies
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • contribute to menu planning and recipe development
