  • Ensure Mise en Place is properly prepared

  • Maintain close communication with Sous chefs and Chef de Cuisine
  • Review and adhere to recipes
  • Confirm inventory and equipment readiness for service
  • Collaborate with team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
