Job Duties

  • Oversee daily prep and service for an assigned station
  • Execute dishes with consistency, precision, and attention to presentation
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain all mise en place to standard
  • Follow established recipes, plating guides, and chef direction
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station throughout each shift
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with chefs and fellow cooks during service
  • Assist with fabrication, butchery, sauce work, garnish prep, and other culinary tasks as needed
  • Monitor product quality and ensure all ingredients are handled and stored properly
  • Support overall kitchen operations and help ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
