The Regular Full-Time Chef de Partie role at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is ideal for culinary professionals who thrive on delivering high-quality food and exceptional service. This role requires a passionate cook with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. The Chef de Partie will be instrumental in maintaining the exacting standards of Four Seasons while contributing creatively to menu development and kitchen presentation.

Job Requirements
- 5 plus years of culinary supervisory experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation
- High school education or equivalent
- Flexible schedule - availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in English
- Spanish preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- US work authorization unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
Job Qualifications
- 5 plus years of Culinary Supervisory experience in a similar kitchen/hotel operation
- High school education, cooking school, or culinary institute education preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Proficiency in English
- Spanish also preferred
- Flexible schedule - availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Genuine passion for hospitality with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated integrity and accountability in decision making
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional quality by supervising mise en place and food preparation, maintaining Four Seasons standards across all outlets
- Provide thorough shift handovers with mise en place complete and operations set up for success
- Communicate clearly so all team members understand expectations and consistently meet standards
- Build high-performing teams through clear task assignment and ongoing training and development
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and uphold full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Drive excellence by contributing creative ideas for menus, presentations, and garnishes
- Demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail, with proper stock rotation and immaculate kitchen and refrigeration areas
- Perform additional duties as assigned by culinary leadership
