Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
