Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work in person at Miami Beach location
  • Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen workload
  • Strong communication skills and team collaboration

Job Qualifications

  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service within restaurant or food industry settings
  • Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward continuous learning and growth

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure accurate meal presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering to food safety standards at all times
  • Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours, serving guests promptly and courteously
