- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Coordinate pastry production schedules
- Supervise the creation of diverse and high-quality pastries and desserts
- Ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
- Organize and ensure cleanliness of pastry storage areas
- Assist in inventory management tasks as needed
- Provide exemplary pastry service to guests
- Assist kitchen staff with plating and presentation of pastries
- Support restaurant operations including assistance with table service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute pastry-focused events
- Participate in menu development and contribute creative ideas
