The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is currently seeking a Chef de Partie for its Talavera restaurant. This role embodies a key leadership position within the culinary team, reporting directly to the Talavera Chef de Cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding Michelin-level standards with a focus on culinary excellence, precise technique, and consistent execution. The Chef de Partie is expected to bring energy, discipline, and creativity to the kitchen, leading by example and mentoring junior team members. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining food quality and guest satisfaction, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in culinary operations. Candidates will be experienced in managing kitchen processes, inventory, and staff, with a keen business sense and operational excellence. Job Requirements
- Four to six years of operational kitchen experience
- Supervisory and management experience
- Culinary qualifications are essential
- Current Arizona Food Handlers Certificate
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment
- Strong command of the English language
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Passion for customer service

Job Duties
- Communicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service
- Supervising the day-to-day running of the Talavera Kitchen
- Conduct line checks of cook’s stations
- Ensure proper rotation of product, labelling & proper hierarchy of food storage in compliance with Ecosure & Maricopa County health standards
- Ensure proper following of recipes and production
- Aim to provide the highest standards of food quality and guest satisfaction
- Follow Four Seasons standards to the handling and execution of guest allergies and preferences
- Provide timely requests for food products to be ordered for Talavera Kitchen
- Lead the kitchen service in the absence of Talavera Chef de Cuisine
- Contribute to our environment with a positive and friendly attitude
- Flexible to work in all outlets as needed
