Job Requirements

  • management experience in Michelin-starred or James Beard Award winning kitchens required
  • 2+ years in a senior leadership role such as Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or similar
  • 3+ years as Sous Chef in a Michelin-starred or James Beard Award winning kitchen
  • strong foundation in tasting menu formats and fine dining standards
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • passion for culinary innovation
  • experience in building or opening new concepts
  • energetic and driven work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a senior leadership role such as Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or similar
