Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a chef de cuisine or executive chef
- Strong culinary background with expertise in kitchen management
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and allergy protocols
- Experience in budgeting food costs and inventory management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and culinary management software
