Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a chef de cuisine or executive chef
  • Strong culinary background with expertise in kitchen management
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and allergy protocols
  • Experience in budgeting food costs and inventory management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and culinary management software
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Spanish language proficiency is an advantage
