Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years cooking experience
- 2+ years culinary leadership experience preferred
- valid food/beverage service worker permit, where applicable
- strong communication skills
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to read, write, speak and understand English

- 5+ years cooking experience
- college degree or certification in culinary field or hospitality field preferred
- food/beverage service worker permit, where applicable
- ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members

Job Duties
- oversee all culinary operations including menu creation and food preparation
- manage and develop the kitchen team
- ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
- collaborate with the executive chef to innovate and design new dishes
- monitor inventory and control food costs
- train and mentor junior chefs
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
