Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years cooking experience
  • 2+ years culinary leadership experience preferred
  • valid food/beverage service worker permit, where applicable
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Job Duties

  • oversee all culinary operations including menu creation and food preparation
  • manage and develop the kitchen team
  • ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
  • collaborate with the executive chef to innovate and design new dishes
  • monitor inventory and control food costs
  • train and mentor junior chefs
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
