Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills and leadership capabilities
  • Extensive background in food production menu planning and kitchen management within the food industry
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing kitchen staff in high-volume settings or restaurant management roles
  • Knowledge of dietary department practices catering operations banquet experience and food safety standards
  • Skilled in inventory management food handling procedures and cost control strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a busy setting
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to team management and customer service
