Serving nearly 2,400 members across two premier locations in Atlanta, this organization prides itself on delivering exceptional service, fine dining, and an array of recreational activities. The Main Clubhouse, located in the vibrant heart of Midtown Atlanta between the Atlanta Botanical Garden and Piedmont Park, offers members a sophisticated atmosphere with amenities such as dining, racquet sports, swimming, and fitness facilities. Piedmont Driving Club places a strong emphasis on creating a unique community and fostering a supportive work environment where every team member feels appreciated and motivated to contribute meaningfully.
The club is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef de Cuisine for its fine dining restaurant located within the Main Clubhouse. This full-time leadership position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually. The role involves overseeing the daily culinary operations of the à la carte kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and presentation are consistently met. As Chef de Cuisine, you will lead and nurture a talented team of culinary professionals, managing the preparation of premium meats, seafood, vegetables, and sauces, along with seasonal menu creation. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for innovative culinary techniques and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences, all while upholding a culture of teamwork, accountability, and culinary excellence.
This role is crucial in maintaining Piedmont Driving Club's reputation for outstanding cuisine and member satisfaction. Beyond culinary talents, this position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling the Chef de Cuisine to inspire and develop the kitchen team effectively. Responsibilities include monitoring kitchen workflow, delegating tasks, maintaining sanitation and food safety standards, and continuously refining recipes to keep the menu fresh and exciting. The club also offers comprehensive benefits, including medical insurance with employer-subsidized premiums, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company participation, paid time off accrued weekly, complimentary parking, and daily shift meals. Joining the Piedmont Driving Club means becoming part of a dedicated community that values tradition, service quality, and the contributions of its staff members, offering an enriching and rewarding professional experience.
