Job Requirements
- completion of an approved culinary program or apprenticeship
- associates or bachelors degree in culinary arts preferred
- minimum of two years culinary management experience
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong leadership abilities to manage and train staff
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- capacity to handle confidential information with discretion
- positive attitude and professional demeanor
- ability to use corporate computer programs for budgeting and forecasting
Job Qualifications
- completion of an approved culinary program or apprenticeship
- associates or bachelors degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- at least two years of culinary management experience
- solid knowledge of culinary operations and service standards
- ability to lead and mentor staff in a high-volume environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work on varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- experience in hotel or resort culinary environments preferred

Job Duties
- support the Executive Chef in directing culinary operations
- oversee planning, preparation, and production of food
- ensure food quality and presentation meet hotel standards
- manage subordinate managers and culinary staff
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- control food costs and minimize waste
- interact with guests to monitor satisfaction and address concerns
- collaborate with Food & Beverage managers on menu development
- plan department goals and evaluate performance
- manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
