The role of Chef de Cuisine at Hilton is pivotal in shaping memorable culinary experiences that elevate the guest stay. Beyond operational duties, the Chef de Cuisine plays an essential role in enhancing guest experiences by engaging with guests and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously elevate dining initiatives.
Leadership and team development are central to this role. The Chef de Cuisine supervises and supports kitchen staff, monitors performance, provides coaching, and fosters a positive and productive work environment. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional culinary environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in culinary software and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
