Job Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in luxury hospitality
- Experience in fine dining or destination resort environment
- Proven ability to develop seasonal and farm-to-table menus
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Comfortable with hands-on kitchen management and strategic planning
- Willingness to relocate to Saratoga, Wyoming
- Ability to work under local and federal guidelines compliance
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership in luxury restaurants, destination resorts, private clubs, or fine dining environments
- Experience at a Relais & Chateaux, Forbes-rated, or comparable luxury property preferred
- Seasonal menu development and farm-to-table sourcing experience
- Passion for ingredient-driven cuisine
- Skilled mentor and leader comfortable with culinary operations and guest-facing events
- Ability to embrace and thrive in the Wyoming ranch lifestyle
Job Duties
- Responsible for all culinary operations including recipe execution, financial profitability, staffing, and compliance with guidelines
- Serve as subject matter expert for safe and delicious food handling, preparation, and presentation
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop culinary team members to maintain high engagement and low turnover
- Foster productive relationships with sales, marketing, event management, front of house teams, owners, business partners, and vendors
- Facilitate ordering, preparation, marketing, and execution of all recipes and costing associated with culinary department profitability
- Participate actively in property-specific monthly and yearly processes and reporting
- Partner with on-site greenhouse, dairy, creamery, and bakery teams to develop farm-to-table culinary programs
- Execute signature culinary events, private ranch dinners, and immersive guest programming
- Develop and mentor a dedicated culinary team in a supportive kitchen culture
