This resort stands out for its dedication to blending rustic charm with modern luxury, offering guests a unique and immersive stay. As a hospitality leader in this dynamic setting, the resort emphasizes sustainability and quality, sourcing ingredients and services that reflect the genuine spirit of Wyoming's landscapes and culture.

In this pivotal role, the Chef de Cuisine will oversee all aspects of culinary operations within the hotel and dining outlets. The Chef de Cuisine will collaborate closely with various departments such as Sales & Marketing, Event Management, Front of House teams, other hotel departments, and external partners including owners and vendors. This cross-functional cooperation is vital for seamless operations and elevating the overall guest experience.

A distinctive aspect of this position is its connection to the property’s farm-to-table philosophy. The Chef will partner with the on-site greenhouse team, goat dairy, creamery, and artisan bakery to craft an authentic culinary program that highlights local, seasonal ingredients. This farm-to-table sourcing aligns with a broader commitment to sustainability and quality, offering guests unique dining experiences that reflect Wyoming’s natural bounty.

The role requires active participation in financial processes, including monthly and yearly reporting as well as cost management, ensuring the culinary department remains profitable without compromising quality. The Chef de Cuisine will also organize signature culinary events, private ranch dinners, and immersive guest programming, all set within one of Wyoming's most prestigious luxury ranch environments, adding a layer of exclusivity and sophistication to guest offerings.

Candidates with a deep passion for ingredient-driven cuisine, experience in seasonal menu development, and a lifestyle aligned with the seasonal rhythms and values of Wyoming will find this position particularly rewarding. The resort values a leader comfortable both in mentoring culinary staff and in executing private dinners for discerning guests, embodying excellence at every level of the kitchen operation.
