Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Proven track record in kitchen supervision or culinary leadership
- Understanding of health safety sanitation and alcohol regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and hospitality

- Manage inventory and procurement overseeing ordering inventory control and vendor relationships to maintain cost efficiency while ensuring high-quality ingredients
- Support financial performance participating in profit and loss reviews managing food and labor costs and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
