As the Chef de Cuisine - Chinese Cuisine, you will play a vital leadership role responsible for overseeing the preparation and delivery of authentic and modern Chinese dishes across high-profile catering events and daily service operations. This role demands a thorough knowledge of traditional Chinese culinary techniques and flavor profiles spanning the diverse seven provinces of Chinese cuisine, enabling you to create menus that balance authenticity with innovation. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to assist in menu development, cost control, and inventory management. Supervising and mentoring hourly culinary staff will be a key component of your responsibilities to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to sanitation standards. Additionally, you will be instrumental in rolling out new culinary programs alongside the company’s marketing and culinary teams, thereby contributing to Restaurant Associates' reputation for culinary excellence and client satisfaction.

This position is ideal for candidates who possess prior experience managing complex, high-volume foodservice operations, preferably within institutional or batch cooking environments.
