Job Requirements

  • culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years experience as a sous chef or chef de cuisine in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • strong leadership communication and organizational skills
  • ability to produce consistent product in a timely manner
  • experience with training basic financial management and customer service
  • proficient in computer use
  • desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast paced environment
  • willingness to work as an independent owner or operator

Job Duties

  • oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes ensuring high standards of quality and consistency
  • develop and implement creative menu items adhering to brand standards
  • plan coordinate and implement special events and holiday functions
  • partner with the executive chef to create new dishes and review sales and guest feedback for improvement
  • maintain culinary operations in the executive chef's absence
  • assist other culinary outlets to ensure positive dining experiences
  • lead training mentor all kitchen staff fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
