- minimum of 3 years culinary leadership experience

Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3-5 years in chef de cuisine, sous chef, or equivalent culinary leadership roles
- strong leadership and team management skills
- expertise in menu planning and recipe development
- knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-venue culinary environment
- culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
Job Duties
- lead the culinary team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- develop innovative menus for the fine-dining restaurant, bistro, and catering services
- manage kitchen operations including inventory control and cost management
- enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines
- train and mentor culinary staff to enhance skills and performance
