Job Requirements

  • Valid work authorization for the U.S.
  • Minimum one year experience as Senior Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine
  • Solid background in Italian regional cuisine
  • Working knowledge of Four Seasons policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage labor and operating costs
  • Experience in inventory and purchasing management
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of kitchen division operations
  • Knowledge of Four Seasons cultural and core standards
  • Experience with Italian regional cuisine
  • Preferred Michelin Star or Italian fine dining experience
  • Minimum one year as Senior Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine
  • Strong team player
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
  • Effective communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize, control and direct kitchen staff activities
  • Ensure superior quality and consistency in food preparation
  • Assist in recipe planning and development
  • Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling and budgeting
  • Maintain sanitation standards and kitchen cleanliness
  • Manage purchasing decisions and inventory control
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure menu excellence
