This position offers a salary range of $53,270 to $69,520 per year and involves overseeing daily kitchen operations with a focus on consistency, efficiency, and quality. The Chef de Cuisine will support kitchen leadership by guiding culinary team members to deliver top-notch food experiences, ensuring all food service areas meet established standards for quality, presentation, and portioning.
This role is primarily an individual contributor position, responsible for completing specialized technical tasks independently, although collaboration with the kitchen team is essential to achieve operational goals. Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume kitchens, particularly in sports, entertainment, or premium hospitality settings, and possess strong leadership skills to drive team performance in dynamic environments.
