We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to join the kitchen leadership team at T-Mobile Park. This key role focuses on supporting daily kitchen operations by maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and consistency across all food service areas in a dynamic and fast-paced venue. The Chef de Cuisine acts as an individual contributor while also working collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure superb guest experiences through exceptional food preparation and presentation. This individual is responsible for guiding and developing culinary team members, monitoring food quality and safety, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The position demands adaptability and strong leadership in overseeing inventory, equipment upkeep, and kitchen organization to meet financial and operational goals.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in high-volume kitchen operations, preferably within sports, entertainment, or premium hospitality environments. They will bring a strong knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen compliance, and cost control measures. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event schedules is essential, as is a commitment to fostering teamwork and high performance among culinary staff. By contributing to menu planning and seasonal offerings, the Chef de Cuisine will enhance the overall guest experience and uphold Sodexo's reputation for excellence. This role offers a competitive salary range between $81,168.40 and $85,000 annually, reflecting the candidate's experience and qualifications, as well as a robust benefits package to support well-being and career growth.

Job Requirements

  • Associate degree, culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of management experience
  • 3 years of related experience

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume kitchen operations with a focus on quality and consistency
