Job Requirements

  • at least 10 years of Italian cuisine experience
  • prior experience as a chef de cuisine or similar leadership role
  • knowledge of Italian cooking methods and menu design
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 10 years of experience specializing in Italian cuisine
  • proven leadership skills in a busy kitchen environment
  • strong knowledge of Italian culinary techniques and ingredients
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume kitchen
  • culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred

Job Duties

  • lead kitchen staff and manage daily kitchen operations
