Job Requirements
- at least 10 years of Italian cuisine experience
- prior experience as a chef de cuisine or similar leadership role
- knowledge of Italian cooking methods and menu design
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and kitchen cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- minimum 10 years of experience specializing in Italian cuisine
- proven leadership skills in a busy kitchen environment
- strong knowledge of Italian culinary techniques and ingredients
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume kitchen

Job Duties
