  • Experience managing high-volume kitchen operations

Job Qualifications

  • Proven culinary leadership experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or similar role

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Experience in high-volume, chef-driven restaurant environments
  • Understanding of kitchen financials and labor management
  • Creativity balanced with discipline
  • Excellent palate and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary operations and kitchen staff
  • Develop and execute creative menus that reflect bold flavors and thoughtful execution
  • Manage kitchen financials including labor costs and inventory controls
