Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of professional chef experience in fine dining
- culinary arts degree or associate's degree preferred
- current ServSafe certification
- current driver license
- ability to maintain cordial and effective relationships with co-workers, vendors, and business contacts
- ability to strategize, take initiative, and plan effectively
- strong interpersonal skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to build alliances with team members
- excellent time management skills
- capable of performing physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing and sitting for extended periods
- high mobility required

Job Duties
- Develop and standardize recipes
- maintain food costs, inventory, and waste management
- ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
- monitor compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards
- oversee daily kitchen operations
- train and mentor kitchen staff
- assist Executive Chef in menu planning and new dish creation
- conduct performance evaluations of culinary team
- expedite orders to ensure steady flow of dishes
- perform other assigned responsibilities
